InnerVisions Productions LLC cannot be held responsible for this disk not playing in players. To the left we have provided a list of DVD players that were tested with one of our master video disks. Unfortunately different manufactures use different programming in thier devices and they may change these programs, called Firmware, without consumer knowledge. These changes may render your machine unable to play our video disks. If you feel that the video disk you purchased was defective, contact support@innervisionsproductions.com and we will send you information on how to obtain a replacement video disk. Unfortunatly due to our inability to control how DVD player manufacturers manufacture thier players we are unable to provide refunds.

We strongly suggest that the customer be sure to purchase a DVD player that explicitly states that it plays VCD and CD-R and CD-RW media. This will all but guarantee that you can enjoy all of our products but will give you access to a great many other products from other companies.
